This is our website. Read it, share it, quote it with credit. What you find here — including your AI Readiness Scorecard result — is general information, not advice. Working with us happens under a contract, not through this site. Romanian law applies.

You may browse the site, read and download its content for your own use, and share links to it. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for republication, scrape it in bulk, use it to train models or build datasets, attempt to access parts of it you are not meant to reach, or use it in a way that interferes with its operation or with other visitors.

Everything published here — pages, articles, case studies, and the AI Readiness Scorecard — is general information about our work and our point of view. It is not consulting, technical, legal or financial advice for your situation, and reading it does not create a client relationship. The Scorecard in particular is a self-assessment based on the answers you give; its result reflects those answers, not an examination of your organisation. Decisions about your systems, data and AI programmes remain yours.

Our services are provided only under a written agreement — a master services agreement, statement of work or equivalent — signed by both parties. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement, price or delivery commitment arises from the site, the contact form, the Scorecard or any exchange that starts here.

The text, frameworks, diagrams, names, wordmark and design of this site belong to Empower BI or are used with permission. Client names and marks belong to the clients concerned and appear with their clearance. Quote us with attribution; ask before anything more.

We keep the site accurate and current in good faith, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete, correct or up to date at every moment, or that the site is always available or free of faults. We may change or remove content at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Empower BI is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. The courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your own country of residence.
